Accessibility Statement
Last updated: 27 July 2026
Our commitment :
Loop Reports designs corporate, sustainability, and integrated reports — documents that must be readable by everyone who has a stake in an organization, including people with disabilities. We hold our own website to the same standard we bring to that work. We are committed to making loopreports.co accessible to the widest possible audience, regardless of ability or technology.
Standard we aim for: We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with visual, auditory, physical, speech, cognitive, language, learning, and neurological disabilities. This site is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA: most of the site meets the standard, and we are working on the areas that do not yet fully meet it.
What we have done: We provide text alternatives for meaningful images, so screen readers can describe them. The site supports keyboard navigation throughout, so it can be used without a mouse. We use a logical heading structure and semantic HTML, so assistive technology can navigate the page in a meaningful order. Color contrast between text and background is tested against WCAG AA minimum ratios. Layouts are responsive, reflow on small screens, and support text resizing up to 200% without content loss. Link text is descriptive, form fields are clearly labeled, and focus indicators are visible for keyboard users.
Known limitations:
We want to be straightforward about where we fall short.
Portfolio imagery. Some project pages present report spreads as images. Where the design itself is the subject, a text alternative cannot fully convey it. We provide descriptive summaries alongside these images and are improving them.
Downloadable PDF portfolios. Some documents offered for download are not yet fully tagged for accessibility. We are remediating them; in the meantime, please contact us, and we will provide the content in an accessible format.
Third-party components. This site is built on the Wix platform. Some interface elements, embedded content, and forms are generated by the platform, and their accessibility depends in part on the provider. We monitor these and raise issues with the provider.
Assistive technology compatibility: The site is designed to work with recent versions of major browsers — Chrome, Edge, Firefox and Safari — used together with common screen readers, screen magnifiers and speech-recognition software. It may not work as expected with older browsers or discontinued assistive technology.
Accessibility in the work we deliver. Accessibility is not only a matter for our website. Regulatory reporting is moving in the same direction: under the European Accessibility Act, which came into force in June 2025, digital publications produced by many organizations must meet accessibility requirements, with WCAG 2.1 AA as the working benchmark. We produce reports as tagged, accessible PDFs and accessible HTML where the engagement calls for it — including logical reading order, structural tags, alternative text for charts and infographics, correctly marked-up data tables, and defined document language. If accessible reporting is a requirement for your organization, tell us at the briefing stage, and we will include it in the scope.
Feedback: We welcome your feedback. If you encounter a barrier on this site, or need content in an alternative format, please tell us at buraky@loopagency.com. Please describe the page, what you were trying to do, and the browser and assistive technology you were using. We aim to acknowledge accessibility feedback within 5 business days and to resolve valid issues as quickly as we reasonably can.
Assessment and review: This statement is based on a self-assessment conducted by our team, combined with automated testing tools and manual keyboard and screen reader checks. It has not been reviewed by an independent third party. We review this statement and re-test the site at least once a year, and after any significant redesign. Statement prepared: 27 July 2026.
